CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

GymGroups is the fastest growing private social networking platform in the health & fitness industry. Customers are the lifeblood of our company. We are looking for strategic, sales-focused, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to engage, retain, and enable our customers to fully utilize our SaaS based solution.  The CSM is ultimately responsible the complete post-sales lifecycle portfolio of our customers.  As a CSM, you will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success and engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every customer.    

POSITION DETAILS:

•    Own the ultimate success of Company’s customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal. You ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.
•    Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business and collaborate with the sales team to ensure subscription growth and increased solution footprint.
•    Drive seamless onboarding processes and work cross-functionally to proactively manage each customer’s successful deployment.
•    Develop and implement consistent, scalable programs to provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals and drive long-term account growth.
•    Proactively manage each customer’s business needs and environments actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and generate referrals.
•    Drive and execute customer renewals

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE/HAVE:

•    Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning in complex customer environments at the executive and department levels.
•     Experience with social media and social networking platforms; LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, instagram, whatsapp.
•     Highly data-driven with a commitment to process. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio.
•    Ability to understand customer requirements, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of our SaaS solution within customer environment.
•    Experience in a solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities
•    Fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills - superior academic performance.
•    Team player with the highest level of integrity.
•    Years experience:  5+ years of sales account management or related experience
•    Passionate about technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business impact
•    Previous experience with an annual subscription sales model a major plus!

HR MANAGER

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Continuously recruits, selects, orients, and trains employees.
  • Helps the management maintain job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Executes pre-interview elimination single-handedly.
  • Conducts job evaluations and performance reviews with existing employees.
  • Monitors and schedules individual pay actions; benchmarks the industry; advises the management team with compensation changes and requirements.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Plans and maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to twoyears related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • An outstanding judge of character
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • (optional) Minimum of 3 years combined HR generalist and recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry, preferably with an internet or media company.

MOBILE ENGINEER (QT C++)

GymGroups is the fastest growing private social networking platform in the health & fitness industry.

As a mobile engineer, you will be working on our existing QT based mobile stack and be responsible of developing in C++ to respond to our growing number of product requirements. Since the mobile client works hand in hand with our server stack  (which is coded in PHP), familiarity with PHP, as well as Git and Linux are major pluses.

What we’re looking for

  • Product-driven pragmatic engineers, who love to work in small startup environments.
  • 3+ years experience with QT and C++
  • 3+ years experience with PHP
  • Familiarity with Java and Objective C (Android and iOS development)
  • Strong command of Linux and Git
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Love of open source, social networking.

 


FRONTEND DESIGN DIRECTOR

DESCRIPTION:

GymGroups is the fastest growing private social networking platform in the health & fitness industry.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven person with graphical experience and a strong taste of design. The Frontend Design Director is ultimately responsible of designing templates for our SaaS platform and satisfying our customers with delightful user interfaces.  As a FDD, you will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success and engagement.\

 

POSITION DETAILS

  • Communicate with the customers (via phone or email depending on customer’s preferences) and onboard them by crafting creative and delightful web site templates that will sit on our platform. We use open-source industry-standard technologies such as Smarty.
  • Own the ultimate success of Company’s customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal. You ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.
